Steve returned my call in regards to my ducted system not functioning. I had been advised by another company I required a new controller, which I was hoping Steve could supply. After emailing pics of my issue, Steve called me back & walked me through the issue & saved me about $400. Thank you Steve, it's refreshing to know there are people out there still doing the best by the customer. I will definitely be in touch if I ever need any repairs again.
